A warranty is more than just a piece of paper and a promise. It's a responsibility. CenTex stands behind the installation of new sonotube piers with a full five-year warranty.

For five years after the replacement of existing piers, whether you or someone else owns the property, any required adjustments are covered with no cost to the homeowner.

The warranty is issued to each homeowner at the completion of the job. When you entrust us with the installation of our piers, you can feel secure in their future performance.

NOTE: No warranty on leveling done on existing piers or piers not installed by Centex.
