CenTex House Leveling & Foundation Repair was founded by Ben Cooper in 1992. Ben had spent 20 years with other foundation companies but grew frustrated with the lack of honesty, integrity and hard work he was surrounded by. Fourteen years and 10,000 homes later, these ideals have taken CenTex to a company of more than 100 employees with offices in Austin (1992), San Antonio (1996) and Waco (2000).
The company specializes in the repair of both slab and pier-and-beam foundations on residential homes within a 30-mile radius of each of our local offices.
One of the advantages to consulting CenTex is if you’re within that coverage area, you’re eligible for a free inspection. Not only that, but we recommend only the work required. No more, no less. In fact, about a third of the homes inspected don’t need any repairs at the time. And we tell you if that’s the case. And all work performed by CenTex rests on our rock-solid warranties.
