Enrique Comparan
Enrique began working for Centex in 2004, shortly after moving to Austin. He quite literally started on the ground level, digging holes on job sites. He spent as much time as possible the first couple of years learning about foundation repair, and life in general, from founder Ben Cooper. Enrique's drive to succeed paid off quickly and he was put in charge of production before becoming VP of Operations. Today, he is a proud co-owner of the business.
Enrique's personal goal is to help make Centex the most reputable and successful foundation repair company in central Texas. He is constantly reminding employees of this goal and the idea that allowing their shared values of quality and integrity to lead them will help them achieve the success they desire. Enrique lives in Austin with his wife, Jennifer, and his two daughters, Carmen (10) and Clarita (12).
Isaac Benavides
Isaac has been with Centex since 1996. He has inspected thousands of homes in that time and has dealt with every type of foundation issue possible. Every situation is unique, yet he approaches every single one of them with the professionalism and integrity Centex has become known for. He sees it as his responsibility to you as a buyer, seller or homeowner. Isaac lives in Austin with his wife, Melanie, and his two daughters, Anna-Catherine (16) and Natalie (8).
Ronnie Wiethorn
Centex's resident Aggie, Ronnie, started with the company in 2008. In just a few short years he has gone from new kid on the block to part owner of the company. His success can in large part be attributed to the small town values he grew up with in McGregor, Texas. Ronnie believes in "taking care of your neighbors" and treating people right. He has a passion for architecture and construction and loves building furniture in his spare time. Ronnie lives in Waco with his wife, Kristi, and his two sons, Jackson (12) and Connor (10).
Jeff Griffith
Centex founder Ben Cooper brought Jeff on as Marketing Director in 1998. His main role was to plan and implement marketing strategies to help build the brand. But as is often the case in owner-operated companies, he quickly found himself working on multiple aspects of the business. Jeff grew with the company for several years before taking over day to day operations upon Ben’s passing in 2006. He still performs that role today, though he is now doing it as one of four owner-operators, having purchased the business from Mrs. Cooper in December of 2012. Jeff lives in Austin with his wife, Mary, his son, Holden (7) and his daughter, Ava (2).

Ben Cooper started Centex in 1992 with one goal in mind - to build a foundation repair company people could count on. Sixteen years and 15,000 homes later, this simple concept has helped us grow to more than 100 employees with local offices around Central Texas. We specialize in repairing residential slab and pier-and-beam foundations.
Homes within a 30-mile radius of our coverage area are eligible for a free evaluation and estimate. And unlike many of the fly-by-night outfits you run into, Centex recommends only what is required to get your home back in level. In fact, about a third of the homes we inspect don't need any repairs at all. If that's the case, we tell you. But if your home is in need of foundation repair, we back our work up with rock-solid, transferrable warranties.
